Effectiveness of Intrathecal Baclofen Pump in Management Ofspasticity

Infusion pumps used for treatment of spasticity that resulted from different causes, by filling the pump chamber with baclofen that injected intrathecally by the pump. In this study we use synchromed 2 programmable infusion pump that control the preferable dose of baclofen for each patient. The selected patents complained from spasticity due to different causes and the response is variable depending on the pathology that cause the spasticity.
