Civil and Criminal Protection of The Family in I.R. Iran's law

The Family is the smallest but the basic and most important unit of any society. The stronger the Family is, The stronger the nation will be. Therefore, it should be protected by any means. To gain this aim,legislation is one of the most important means, though love cannot be neglected. In this manuscript it is going to indicate how civil and criminal codes can help the family being strong and confirmed by making the rights and duties of the essential members - spouses - obvious.
