Performance contracts and service delivery in Rwandan Local Government

This dissertation book that is entitled "Performamce contracts and service delivery in Rwandan local governments" A case of Nyagatare District was written for the a ward of master degree in Business Administration option of management at Nkumba University Academic year 2013.This Research was also intended to provide the depth knowledge on the contribution of performance based contracts that local governments sign with the president of Rwanda every year.
