Facts and Values in Innovation Theory

In this study on innovation, the author is searching for a new way in which scholars can unite theory and practice of management studies. Innovation, he contends, is co-evolution of theory and life. To the present trend of turning the human sciences into highly theoretical disciplines, comparable in structure to physics, the author wants scholars to consider a theory of innovation that rejects the inherent dualism of Cartesian epistemology.
