Implementation of LeanBIM Concept in Construction

This book introduces an intro about Lean Construction and Building Information Modeling, it contains the results of my trials to understand the lean concept and the synergy between Lean Construction and BIM. Based on previously published papers, this book introduces the LeanBIM concept and its benefits through industry professionals’ perspective.
