Growth challenges among children with spasticity adds to the complexity of their lives. The passion prompting this investigation explored factors impacting growth beyond those associated with nutrition and hormonal influences. With over 30 years of patient-centered care, the author sought to identify an added benefit of spasticity management in children. Through the implementation of a retrospective chart review, growth measurements were extracted to identify trends among children receiving Intrathecal Baclofen when compared to neuronormal children.
