More than half of the dairy women belonged to young to middle age groupa and had primary to college level of education belonged to small size of family with high to very high level of experience in animal husbandry practices and had small tom medium size of land holding and animal possession with very high level of annual income and having membership in one organization and had medium to high mass media exposure with favourable attitude towards animal husbandry with low level of extension participation and had medium economic motivation and cosmopoliteness and having high level of knowledge about improved animal husbandry practices.Majority of dairy women took sole decision in case of management practices ‘milking of animal’, decision with husband was taken by majority of dairy women in case of breeding practices ‘artificial insemination’, marketing and milk product making practices ‘selling of home-made claim product’, house facilities & health care practices ‘providing veterinary care’, finance utilization practices ‘house holdpurpose’ whereas majority of dairy women were not involved in decision making process in case of feeding practices ‘selection of feed’.
